Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking an Asset Risk Analyst to maintain contract and vehicle data across systems, ensuring accurate quotations for the fleet business. You will investigate data discrepancies, support vehicle information maintenance, and handle partner subsidy claims with attention to detail.

The role focuses on data quality, process improvements, and delivering reliable information to customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Managing contract and vehicle data across our systems to ensure fleet quotations are accurate and up to date.
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
• Supporting the maintenance of vehicle information used across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.
• Managing enquiries through the shared mailbox, providing a professional and timely service to customers and colleagues.
• Preparing and validating partner subsidy claims, ensuring accurate records and financial recovery.
• Supporting system enhancements by contributing to testing, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.
