Asset / Property Manager - Commercial - West End Office

My client, founded around 10 years ago, is a well-respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Managing Agents with approximately 40 staff. They offer a wide range of professional services to lenders, landlords, developers, and occupiers of both residential and commercial properties.

They manage a large portfolio, mainly comprising commercial properties, and are interested in speaking with experienced property managers. Commercial sector experience is advantageous.

The management team is friendly. The role will be mainly office-based with some flexibility, though they request the team is in the office five days a week.

Salary: Likely between £40,000 - £62,500 (agency approximate).
Bonus: To be discussed at interview.
Car allowance: To be confirmed at interview depending on level.
Pension contribution: To be confirmed.
Additional benefits include CPD costs and travel expenses covered.
