Overview

Asset / Property Manager - Commercial - West End office - Hiring in London and home counties - West End office.

My client, founded around 10 years ago, are a well respected independent multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors / Managing agents offering a wide range of professional services to Lenders, Landlords, Developers and Occupiers of both Residential and Commercial property. They manage a large property portfolio, mainly commercial properties and are open to speaking with experienced Property managers (Commercial sector experience advantageous).

Friendly management team; role will mainly be office based with some flexible arrangements, but for their management team they request the team is office based five days per week.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary - Likely between £40 - 62,500 - agency approx.
• Bonus - To be discussed at interview stage
• Car allowance - To be confirmed at interview stage depending on level
• Pension contribution (% to be confirmed)
