We are looking for an Asset Performance Data Lead to join us on a Full Time, permanent basis to shape the future of our homes. This role will make a real difference to how we invest in properties, improve energy efficiency, and ensure customers live in safe, healthy, and affordable homes.

Where does this role fit in? The role sits within the Asset Intelligence team and reports to the Asset Intelligence Manager. You'll connect data and insights across the organisation, working with colleagues in asset management, compliance, finance, health and safety, neighbourhoods, and sustainability. You'll also collaborate with external partners such as contractors, consultants, and local authorities to enhance the quality of data and support better services.
We are looking for someone who can work with complex IT systems and analyse data to spot trends, forecast outcomes, and guide evidence-based decisions. You should have advanced skills in Excel and system integration, with knowledge of housing quality standards such as WHQS23. Experience in leading projects, managing people, and working collaboratively across teams is key. A background in property refurbishment or retrofit decarbonisation is desirable, with PAS2035 knowledge an advantage.
