I am partnering with a well-established and privately owned property investment and development company to find a Client-Side Property Surveyor & Asset Manager to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity for an MRICS-qualified professional to take full responsibility for a mixed-use portfolio across Yorkshire, including office, industrial, and retail assets. The role offers significant autonomy and hands-on involvement across asset management, leasing, development projects, and strategic value creation—making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their impact in a client-side environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in property and asset management, with experience managing lease events, coordinating refurbishments, handling tenant liaison, and contributing to acquisitions and development of assets. This dynamic role is suited to a proactive and commercially aware surveyor who thrives on variety, responsibility, and making a tangible difference to portfolio performance. A strong sense of initiative and confidence, coming from previous client-side experience, will be key to contributing from day one.
