Job Summary

Our client is a leading developer, operator, and asset manager of PBSA in the UK and Ireland. They are seeking an Asset Manager in London to manage and maximise the performance of a large portfolio of PBSA assets, applying innovative ideas to add value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Asset Management with pro-active asset management of PBSA assets in the UK and Ireland.
  • Identify initiatives, formulate business plans, and implement value-add strategies throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Assist with external and internal reporting and client liaison, including leasing updates, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Manage internal and external consultants, including operators, lawyers, and valuers.
  • Research to support business plans and client advice.
  • Prepare and deliver fund/board recommendations.
  • Implement ESG strategies aligned with company and fund objectives.
  • Assist with the review and implementation of the Generation brand standards.
  • Understand and embed investors’ strategy into the Asset Management Strategy.
  • Support the acquisition team during the acquisition process.

Qualifications & Qualities:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • MRICS qualification (preferable) with 5-10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in Asset Management.
  • Experience in operational real estate, specifically PBSA sector.
  • Experience with repositioning and CAPEX projects is beneficial.
  • Backgrounds from real estate consultancy/service providers or client-side roles.
  • Ability to review and interpret cashflows.
  • Open-minded, career-focused, and hardworking.
