Job Description

Are you passionate about infrastructure investment and private credit? We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Asset Manager to join our growing Private Credit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of private credit investments, analyzing performance at an asset level, assessing broader sector dynamics, and understanding long-term macro trends. These insights are crucial for delivering long-term success to our clients, facilitating effective portfolio management decisions, and supporting new investment evaluations.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Monitoring and managing investment assets to preserve or enhance value
  • Analyzing financial performance, covenant compliance, and ESG metrics
  • Attending client meetings and site visits to assess project progress
  • Identifying and addressing asset performance issues through borrower engagement
  • Preparing and presenting portfolio updates and investment documentation
  • Coordinating with internal teams on ratings, portfolio management, and reporting
  • Leading workstreams on amendments, waivers, and investment committee papers
  • Supporting due diligence and analysis for new investment opportunities
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in private credit or asset management
  • Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills
  • Knowledge of debt capital markets and infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and covenant structures
  • A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach
  • CFA or similar qualification (desirable but not essential)
