37 hours per week, based in Preston at our gorgeous dock-side offices.
Up to £60,000.00 per annum.
As the Asset Manager - Planning, you'll lead a small team that includes surveyors, a sustainability officer, and an administrator. Your mission is to develop both annual and long-term investment programmes that will transform CGA's homes and environment. By diving into stock condition data, you'll craft costed plans, prepare detailed specifications and contract documents, and procure works in line with the latest regulations.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring CGA's assets meet the Decent Homes Standard and achieve sustainability targets, all while staying within the Business Plan's parameters. This role is part of the Asset Management Team, whose overall purpose is to ensure our tenants live in well-maintained and safe homes. Your contributions will make a tangible difference in the lives of our tenants!
