The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead the performance and optimisation of renewable energy assets? As an Asset Manager, you'll oversee offshore wind assets, ensuring they deliver top performance and long-term value for investors.

You’ll collaborate with O&M teams to maximise generation, boost returns, and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic portfolio. This is a great opportunity to combine operational, commercial, and financial expertise to make a tangible impact in the renewables sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the performance and optimisation of offshore wind assets
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and maintain stakeholder relationships (investors, OEMs, engineers, landowners)
• Work with O&M teams to improve operational performance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial data, and P&L for assigned sites
• Support the transition of new assets from development to operation
• Troubleshoot cross-functional issues with technical, financial, or commercial implications
• Drive asset life extension and investment planning
• Deliver accurate reporting and manage asset valuations
• Implement robust data management and audit programmes
• Ensure contractual and insurance compliance
• Assist with asset acquisitions and origination efforts

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or similar
• 2+ years’ experience in renewable asset management
• Strong analytical skills and data trend awareness
• Effective communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Team-oriented with adaptability and curiosity
• Knowledge of energy markets, policies, and commercial structures
• Project management or financing experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems

Location: Teesside Wind Farm – candidates must live within a commutable distance to the site. Some travel to Edinburgh, Durham, and Blyth is expected.
