Initial duties include asset performance, occupancy, compliance and tenant relationships, service charge oversight, maintenance strategy and mobilisation of new developments.

This entity has already laid the foundations to put everything you are as an Asset Manager into his role.

A growing portfolio of residential assets. A development pipeline that's moving quickly. Within the next couple of years, they'll have close to ten live developments operating simultaneously, creating the need for someone to take ownership of the bigger picture.

They're looking for an Asset Manager who can see beyond the day-to-day. Someone who understands that great asset management is about strategy as much as operations; protecting value, finding opportunities to improve performance, and creating systems that continue to work as the portfolio grows.

Initially, you'll take ownership of an expanding portfolio, leading everything from asset performance, occupancy, compliance and tenant relationships through to service charge oversight, maintenance strategy and mobilisation of new developments. But this role doesn't stop there.

As the business continues to grow, so will the function. You'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, influence how the department operates and build a team around you. Your experience won't just be valued; it'll become the blueprint for how asset management is delivered across the group.

All locations will be considered as long as there is commitment to travel across a regional portfolio
