Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking an Asset Manager (Integrated Catchments) to lead catchment-based intervention programmes, balance above‑ground and below‑ground assets, and oversee investigations around future AMP improvements. You will coordinate risk assessments, capital plans and regulatory interactions to deliver reliable water services.

As a senior leader you will develop asset strategies with cross‑functional teams, coach staff, engage OFWAT and EA, and champion safety and ethics while driving

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large technical teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (Ofwat/EA).
• Strategic thinker with experience in asset planning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for catchment-based intervention programmes.
• Create annual investigation and Capex investment plans.
• Plan interventions to achieve regulatory performance.
• Promote and sponsor investigation and intervention schemes.
• Lead and coach a team to determine optimal solutions and demonstrate financial value.
• Liaise with other teams to ensure robust regulatory performance processes.
• Communicate plans to OFWAT and EA.
• Drive innovation for environmental and customer benefits.
• Develop asset plans with asset criticality in wastewater subservice.
