Macdonald & Company are working with a London Developer to appoint an Asset Management Director. This role will lead the delivery of asset management strategy across a high-profile portfolio of retail and commercial assets, focusing on growth, value-add initiatives, and tenant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business plans, leasing, and income-optimisation strategies
• Lead lease re-gears, renewals, and value-enhancing projects
• Work with leasing, marketing, operations & development teams
• Liaise with investors, valuers, and stakeholders on performance and reporting

Who We’re Looking For

• MRICS qualified, 10+ years in commercial/retail asset management
• Strong leasing and L&T experience in prime mixed-use environments
• Confident communicator with board-level reporting exposure
• Proactive, strategic and commercially minded
