Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in asset management, investment or similar.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Understanding of core real estate metrics such as NOI, IRR, and valuation drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI, occupancy, and rental growth across the portfolio.
• Analyze leasing performance, pricing, and key KPIs.
• Lead on budgets, business plans, and reforecasts.
• Produce investor-level reporting and performance analysis.
• Work closely with development and operations teams.
• Identify and deliver value-add initiatives.
