Job description

We are working with an award-winning and well-backed residential developer seeking an Asset Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

• Possess a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Maths, or Real Estate
• Have 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate, specifically in Investment or Asset Management roles requiring strong technical and analytical skills
• Be a confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions)
• Must demonstrate experience engaging with investors and understanding the expectations of different investor types (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing)

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily asset management of operational and development portfolios, analyzing financial and operational performance against the business plan
• Preparing internal and external reports and presenting project performance findings to investors
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders
• Managing core asset management duties with a focus on relationship management and investor engagement
• Negotiating contracts, monitoring KPIs, managing payments, and providing input on corrective actions
