Asset Manager - Living Sector

We are working with an award-winning and well-backed residential developer seeking an Asset Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Maths, or Real Estate
  • Have 3-6 years' experience in Real Estate within an Investment or Asset Management role, demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills
  • Be a polished, confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions)
  • Must demonstrate past experience engaging with investors and understanding different investor expectations (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing)

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day asset management of operational and development portfolios, analyzing financial and operational performance against the business plan
  • Preparing internal and external reports, presenting project performance findings to investors
  • Developing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing core asset management duties focusing on relationship management and investor engagement
  • Negotiating contracts, monitoring KPIs, managing payments, and recommending corrective actions
