We are working with an award-winning and well-backed residential developer who is looking for an Asset Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a relevant degree - Finance, Economics, Maths or Real Estate
• Have 3-6 years' experience in Real Estate in an Investment or Asset Management role requiring strong technical and analytical skills.
• Be a polished, confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions).
• MUST be able to demonstrate past experience engaging with investors and understanding the expectations of different investor types (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing).

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day asset management of operational and development portfolios, analysing financial and operational performance against the business plan.
• Prepare internal and external reports, and present project performance findings to investors.
• Develop collaborative and trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Handle core asset management duties with a focus on relationship management and pitching to current and potential investors.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party providers/suppliers, build relationships, monitor KPIs, manage payments, and provide input on corrective actions as required.
