Turner Property Recruitment is partnering with a global consultancy that, due to unprecedented growth, is seeking an Asset Manager to be based in one of their client’s offices in a Midlands hospital. It is essential that candidates have experience with lifecycle works to be considered. Attractive remuneration and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the General Manager in delivering provisions outlined in the Management Services Agreement for respective projects.
  • Provide asset management support as directed by the Operational Management Team (OMT) or Technical Services Support Group (TSSG).
  • Interface between the Project Company and service providers.
  • Monitor and manage service delivery, including statutory and non-statutory standards and requirements.
  • Provide technical and asset management leadership to the Project Company(s).

Person Specification:

  • Deep knowledge of FM service delivery gained practically.
  • Strong understanding of FM statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working in a performance-based environment.
  • Familiarity with detailed contractual, statutory, and guidance documents.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Proven record of service delivery.
  • Experience with quality assurance systems, performance monitoring, and PFI environments is desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence.
  • Problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
  • Engaging management style for advising on FM issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Understanding of financial management.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, including report writing.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective workload prioritization.
  • Active participation in team meetings and interactions.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
