Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with an established real estate investment business to recruit an Asset Manager for its Commercial Real Estate team. Opportunities are available in Manchester and Leeds, offering the chance to manage a varied commercial property portfolio within a collaborative environment.

As Asset Manager, you will oversee portfolio performance, work closely with internal teams and external advisers, and drive asset value through lease events, lettings, and refurbishment

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial asset management or related property discipline.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing landlord and tenant matters.
• Knowledge of lease events and commercial property legislation.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals and break options.

• Coordinate refurbishment projects and dilapidations.
• Support acquisitions through inspections and due diligence.
• Maintain accurate property information within the management system.

The role
