Asset Manager

Local Authority

£600- £700 per day

Inside IR35

6 Months

South Coast

2-3 days onsite

Interviews are set to take place ASAP.

Under the leadership of the Assistant Director for Housing, Homelessness, and Prevention, you will be responsible for completing outstanding Stock Condition Survey work, including progressing two major block refurbishment projects currently in the early stages of development. You will also be tasked with setting up and leading the Asset strategy for the Council.

About your role as Asset Manager:

  1. Develop and deliver planned minor and major capital programmes based on Stock Condition and other data sets.
  2. Deliver property and service improvements aligned with the Council's climate change and carbon reduction goals.
  3. Finalize analysis of stock condition data alongside other datasets, including complaints and strategic documents, and develop a two-year capital works programme.

Your previous experience as an Asset Manager:

  1. Significant Asset Management experience.
  2. Experience with CDM, Contract management, and data analysis.
  3. Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic.
  4. Housing Association or Local Authority experience.
