A local authority is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee significant refurbishment projects and lead the strategic asset management initiatives. This role involves both developing capital programmes based on stock condition data and ensuring alignment with environmental goals. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in asset management, particularly within housing associations or local authorities.

Under the leadership of the Assistant Director for Housing, Homelessness, and Prevention, you will be responsible for completing outstanding Stock Condition Survey work, including progressing two major block refurbishment projects currently in the early stages of development. You will also be tasked with setting up and leading the Asset strategy for the Council.
