Job summary

Fidarsi, a specialist advisory business, is seeking a Senior Analyst / Project Lead to drive asset management strategy and data work alongside a senior leader, delivering high-profile engagements with Asset & Wealth Managers.

You’ll own delivery on benchmarking, market sizing, operating model and pricing analyses, build and interrogate datasets, and present findings to clients. Hybrid London role with a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Genuine Asset Management experience essential — either from a consulting background (Big 4, Alpha FMC or similar specialist firms) or from an in-house strategy/operating-model team at an Asset or Wealth Manager.
• Strong technical/data skills: comfortable building and interrogating models, structuring data, and translating numbers into a clear narrative.
• Confidence operating with clients directly — this isn't a role for someone who only works behind the scenes.
• A commercial instinct: you notice opportunities and naturally think about what else a client might need.
• A self-starter mentality — you won't be trained on Asset Management fundamentals, so you need to already speak the language of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the delivery engine on Asset Management client engagements — benchmarking, market sizing, operating model, and fee/pricing analysis.
• Own the data: building, cleaning, analysing and interpreting datasets that underpin client recommendations.
• Work directly with clients to gather information, test hypotheses, and present findings — this is not a back-office analyst role.
• Support the shaping of new proposals and pitches, bringing a commercial eye and a nose for spotting opportunities as they emerge in client conversations.
• Partner closely with a senior leader as their go-to person for getting things done, right across the project lifecycle.
