Contract: 12 month FTC

Location: London- 4 Days in Office / 1 WFH

What you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting top-tier lawyers on fund documentation, compliance, due diligence, transaction management, and cross-border projects.
  • Getting involved in fund formation and structuring for private equity and asset management clients.
  • Working on high-profile matters with excellent training, development, and exposure to senior lawyers.

Requirements:

  • Paralegal experience in Asset Management / Private Funds or Corporate Funds, OR a future trainee solicitor seeking work before starting the SQE or Training Contract.
  • Strong academic background – 2:1 or higher in LLB / GDL.
  • A motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to legal work.
