A Mayfair based boutique Asset Manager is urgently hiring an Asset Management Loans Investment Operations Middle Office Analyst. The role supports Portfolio Managers on the investment floor and requires a graduate with operations experience in financial services. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Front Office teams while gaining comprehensive insights into Loans Operations.

Qualifications

Graduate with ideally 6-months – 2-years Operations experience.
Calibre of graduate ideally in Economics, Mathematics, etc.

The Role

Asset Management Loans Middle Office Analyst: Mayfair based boutique Asset Manager (Graduate with ideally 6-months – 2-years Operations experience)

Martis Search are representing a Mayfair based boutique Alternative Asset Management company to urgently hire an “Asset Management Loans Investment Operations Middle Office Analyst.”

Our client is small Mayfair based Asset Manager with several small global offices and the role is based on the Investment floor, sitting next to the Front Office Sales and Fund Managers.

The role sits within their Loans Middle Office Operations team and provides Front Office Investment Operations/ Fund Administration support for their Portfolio Managers.

Our client trades a range of different types of Loans for institutional clients such as Pension Funds and Insurance companies and has a solid $aum and 2024 performance.

Our client is looking for someone of graduate calibre, ideally someone with a 2:1 in a numerate based subject i.e. Economics, Mathematics etc and ideally with ideally 6-months – 2-years Operations experience gained from any reputable Financial Services type organisation.

You will be taught the entire Loans Operations Middle Office including:

Months and Quarterly NAV’s/ Valuations
Trade Processing and Trade Support
Trade Query resolution
Reconciliations
Loans Documentation
Administrator, Custodian and Transfer Agent Oversight of Operations
