The Global Real Assets group manages commingled funds and separately mandated accounts investing in real estate, infrastructure, and maritime assets worldwide. The group includes functions such as acquisitions, asset management, finance and control, research, product development, and client service. They raise capital, underwrite investments, perform due diligence, negotiate closing documentation, manage assets to add value, and oversee dispositions to maximize risk-adjusted returns for clients.

As an Associate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for asset management of core assets, with opportunities to grow into value-add roles.

Job responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage cash flow models from acquisition to disposal.
2. Manage core assets, with scope to evolve into value-add management.
3. Appoint and oversee third parties, including leasing agents and property managers.
4. Support large-scale ground-up development and major refurbishments.
5. Assist in disposal strategy and execution.
6. Ensure debt compliance, reporting, and management.
7. Prepare quarterly investor reports.
8. Assist in creating the Annual Business Plan and monitor asset performance.
9. Prepare presentations for Investment Committee memos and client meetings.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and Central London office markets.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior management.
