Job Description:

Associate role with one of the most recognised names in REPE. The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and has raised billions of dollars globally in recent years. The team is seeking a technically strong asset manager to initially focus on their pan-European logistics strategy, with potential to broaden over time.

This position involves supporting one of the SVPs in the logistics asset management team to drive the asset class strategy and execute the business plan. Prior focus on logistics is not mandatory, but an interest in the asset class is essential.

This role is more technical than traditional asset management, requiring highly robust financial modelling skills. The candidate must be capable of building complex financial structures from scratch, with demonstrable experience in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform. Due to the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, tasks may include refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation.
