Job Description

We seek to recruit new talent to join our Asset Management and Asset Management Systems teams in London & Southeast Hub. As a leading infrastructure consultancy, we incorporate innovation and best practices into every aspect of the asset management life cycle. We are looking for individuals who can help our clients make informed decisions and improve asset visibility, offering solutions from Enterprise Asset Management systems to Digital Twins. We value delivery, innovation, and deep understanding of physical and digital technology. Your role will be pivotal in leading programs and implementing asset management strategies across the entire lifecycle, delivering tangible benefits to infrastructure sectors.

We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including asset management, operational management, client advisory, civil engineering, and related fields. A knowledge of engineering, transportation, or utilities sectors is preferred. We seek motivated, team-oriented individuals who understand complex interlinking elements and strategy across the asset management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Delivery focused

  • Proven experience in asset management delivery, managing multiple stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/programmes delivering value.
  • Willingness to learn or experience in applying Agile methodologies.

Technical skills

  • Understanding of Whole Life Asset Management principles (ISO 55000) and familiarity with IAM standards.
  • Project management experience across multiple projects, understanding of Programme/Portfolio management.
  • Advisory capabilities in asset management, design & build engineering, operational and maintenance management.
  • Experience with asset management maturity reviews or audits, providing high-quality reports.
  • Knowledge of digital systems, tools, and technology developments relevant to asset management.
  • Understanding of investment management practices and decision-making support across the asset lifecycle.
  • Commercial awareness, strategic thinking, strong verbal, numerical, and written communication skills.

Experience

  • Leadership experience in engineering, transportation, or utilities sectors, championing whole life asset management.
  • Knowledge of IAM standards, ISO 55000, and asset management systems like EAM and Digital Twins.
