Job description

Harrison Street (HS) is a privately-owned investment management firm that launched its first investment vehicle in 2005. Harrison Street’s investment strategy is focused on alternative real estate sectors (including senior housing, student accommodation, life sciences, storage, data centres, and healthcare properties) as well as social infrastructure.

  • Supporting re-financing of assets on delivery or acquisition
  • Providing overall support for the wider Harrison Street team

Requirements:

  • Experience / exposure to alternative sectors (e.g., student accommodation, BTR/PRS, life sciences, senior living, self-storage, data centres) is welcome, or other operational real estate (e.g., hospitality)
  • Proven Excel modelling skills, able to build financial and cashflow models from scratch (will be tested)
  • Good communication skills with a fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Further European language(s) would be a bonus
