We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our team in our Cereal Partners UK site as an Asset Maintenance Manager. This role is responsible to lead, guide and motivate the engineering team to ensure the plant is available to produce our fantastic products on time whilst meeting all quality and safety requirements.

Reporting into the Factory Engineering Manager this role will manage and support the activities of the maintenance team to meet both Production and Engineering demands and ensure that priority work is completed promptly whilst conforming to all Nestlé Health and Safety requirements and current legislation. You will take responsibility in developing a culture of pro-activity where people take pride and responsibility in what they do. The main focus of the role will be:
