Job description

Working closely with the Head of Assets you'll take the lead on managing and improving our homes though our stock condition programme, adaptations, home improvement requests and checks on our homes when tenants move in and out. You'll build up clear picture of the condition of our homes and help us plan our budget to invest in the right places and provide good quality homes that meet the needs of our tenants.

An experienced manager who has led teams in the delivery of operational plans and worked with external partners.

  • A good understanding of asset management, repairs and maintenance functions.
  • An ability to produce reports, highlighting data trends and undertake advanced data analysis, presenting data in an appropriate format including graphs, tables and live data presentation sources.
  • Brings an alternative approach to data collection and report writing and can find solutions to often complex or highly detailed tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership and accountability for the success and performance management of their team. Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3+ or similar in an asset management discipline.
  • A management qualification, such as ILM Level 3/5.
  • Experience in the use of a housing asset management system.
  • Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
  • Project Management qualification (desirable).
