Leading company in the energy sector is seeking an Asset Integrity Engineer to join the Asset Integrity Group of our Consulting Services Department (CSD) in Saudi Arabia. The department provides specialized engineering consultations, introduces viable technologies, and maintains quality standards.

The Asset Integrity Engineer will support operations and projects, provide technical consultations, and maintain standards related to Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide operating facilities in establishing and safeguarding asset integrity throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Conduct studies to improve facilities or operations using specialized technical services.
  • Define asset integrity and process safety targets, and establish standards for operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement AIMS.
  • Coordinate with engineering design offices within and outside the Kingdom, acting as the main contact for project reviews and technical matters.
  • Implement and improve medium to long-term AIMS for various assets including refineries, gas plants, GOSPs, LNG, terminals, and pipelines.
  • Benchmark the company against international oil companies by adopting industry best practices.
  • Establish assurance and reporting processes to ensure technical integrity barriers remain effective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Material, or Electrical Engineering; a master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 20 years of professional experience as an asset integrity engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, familiar with international standards like ASME & API.
  • Certified as a Fundamental Engineer (F.E.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-departmental teams.
  • Knowledge of Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness-for-Services (FFS), Asset Life Extension, and Decommissioning.
  • Familiarity with Asset Performance Management tools and solutions.
