Job Description

As the Asset Integrator, you will ensure the seamless integration of new assets and infrastructure into existing systems and operations, focusing on data management, handover procedures, and stakeholder collaboration. This role involves managing project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry and client standards, and contributing to overall project efficiency. The position is based at our Heathrow office.

  • Manage the compilation of handover documentation for the H&S File (Part A, B, and C) according to client requirements.
  • Monitor H&S File information, track via applicable trackers and registers such as virtual Parts C (gap analysis), and coordinate actions among the client (HAL), BEUMER Group, and internal/external stakeholders, including Document Controllers, Asset Integrators, Quality Department, and Design Team.
  • Ensure Asset Integration processes adhere to client requirements, including mapping existing assets, replacements, discontinuations, and new installations.

Qualifications

  • Preferably an engineering background, mechanical or electrical.
  • Experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar discipline with a mechanical or electrical background.
  • Background in Quality Assurance or similar fields.
  • Experience working in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders, ideally in aviation or regulated industries.
  • Possession of a CSCS card is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of EDMS software (e.g., Asite, M-files, Maxinet) or document control principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and SharePoint.
