Northumbrian Water is hiring an Asset Surveyor for a two-year fixed-term contract. You will inspect the condition of operational assets and document findings with precise descriptions, reports and visual evidence.

You will coordinate with contractors and engineers, log survey results in corporate systems, and help shape the PR29 plan by identifying investment needs to improve asset health.

Formación

• Understanding of civil and mechanical assets, with risk assessment knowledge.
• Strong data collation, analysis and validation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint for reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Willingness to research and adopt new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate the condition of operational assets and document findings with descriptions, reports and visuals.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers to target priority sites and enable works.
• Record survey results clearly in corporate systems and support asset data development.
• Identify investment needs to improve asset health and support the PR29 plan.
