Affinity Water is seeking an Asset Health Risk Specialist to help shape investment decisions by assessing asset health, risk and performance across our water infrastructure.

You will work with Asset Management, Operations and Finance to develop risk-based investment recommendations, support long-term planning, and drive value while minimising risk through evidence-based analysis. Hybrid working is available with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience in asset management, asset health or investment planning within asset-intensive environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in asset deterioration, failure or risk modelling to support investment decisions.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Are you passionate about using data, risk analysis, and strategic thinking to drive smarter investment decisions?

At Affinity Water, we're looking for an Asset Health Risk Specialist to play a key role in how we invest in and manage our vital water infrastructure. You'll help identify where investment can deliver the greatest value, balancing risk, performance, customer outcomes, and long-term sustainability.

Working with colleagues across Asset Management, Operations, Engineering, and Finance, you'll analyse asset performance, develop risk-based investment recommendations, and support decision-making that keeps our network resilient for the future.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assess asset health, performance, and risk to support investment decisions.

• Develop and improve asset deterioration and risk models.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in asset management, asset health, asset strategy or investment planning within an asset-intensive environment.
