Work on complex international asset finance matters, including aviation and infrastructure
Career progression and personal development supported by an inclusive and high-performing team
Advise on structured and asset finance transactions, including cross-border leasing, secured lending and export credit arrangements
Support partners and senior associates in structuring and negotiating complex deals
Maintain and develop client relationships with key international stakeholders
Work collaboratively across practice groups and jurisdictions on large-scale financings
Contribute to knowledge management, business development and precedent improvement
Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualified experience in asset finance or related areas
Background in a recognised finance practice, ideally with international exposure
Strong technical expertise in structured finance and transactional law
Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-border teams
Driven, proactive and solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness
