Job description

Our client, a successful and growing Asset Finance Business, is looking to recruit an experienced Asset/Commercial Finance Broker/Business Development Manager to assist new clients in obtaining flexible finance solutions, including asset finance and business/cashflow loans, in a timely and professional manner.

Basic Salary: £40-£50k, Uncapped Commission Structure, and Flexibility to work fully remote.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining existing and new customer, supplier, and introducer relationships in the provision of asset finance and commercial finance.
2. Ensuring the CRM and proposal management system are updated accurately and comprehensively.
3. Maintaining knowledge of current market conditions.
4. Adhering to FCA and GDPR requirements, always acting in the best interest of the customer.

Successful candidates must have proven success in previous sales roles by creating new business opportunities from both external and internal relationships. Experience in asset finance/commercial finance is essential.
