Job Description
- Review, cleanse, and update data within the stock condition database
- Perform regular data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Input and manage asset data to support compliance, planning, and reporting activities
- Generate reports and analyse data trends to support decision-making
- Liaise with internal teams to validate and gather information where necessary
- Assist in improving data processes and suggesting system improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience working with spreadsheets (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
- Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Confident working with databases and handling large data sets
- Experience using MRI Asset or similar Asset Management systems
- Knowledge of social housing or property asset management
- Understanding of stock condition data and compliance
