Job Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced asset management professional to support the development and delivery of our Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) within the Health & Care segment. This home-based role involves regular site travel and focuses on ensuring strong governance of asset data, managing digital systems such as CMMS, and supporting business development through data analysis and solution design. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert, driving standardisation and innovation across our technical services.

What You'll Do:

Lead the delivery of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) across the Health & Care segment, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives.

Analyse existing asset and project data to support operational compliance and informed decision-making.

Drive business improvement initiatives, particularly around change management and optimisation of the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).

Apply a sound understanding of costing and surveying processes within technical facilities management to support accurate asset planning and development.

Deliver and support the implementation of digital solutions for the management of building information, including schematics and technical drawings.

Establish and maintain robust processes for asset and building data change management, ensuring accuracy and accountability across the asset lifecycle.

Act as a visible and trusted advisor to operational Hard FM teams within the healthcare environment, supporting daily delivery and long-term strategic planning.

Support due diligence and business development activity through asset data capture, technical solution design, and the development of reliable costing models.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in strategic asset and costing management within complex facilities management environments.

Strong leadership in driving change and delivering business improvement across large, multi-site organisations.

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, with a practical understanding of healthcare engineering ( preferred but not essential).

Solid knowledge of digital building management tools (e.g. AutoCAD) and a passion for implementing digital innovation.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail when handling complex building and asset data.

Skilled in managing complex projects and navigating organisations with multiple stakeholders.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage operational risk.

Proficient in IT systems, including CAD and CMMS applications,

A full UK driving licence.
