Job Title: Asset Change Manager
Location: Aldermaston (3-4 days on-site per week)
Rate: £60-£80 per hour (inclusive of expenses for base location)
Hours: AWE 9-day fortnight working pattern
Vetting Level: DV Clearance Required

About the Role
We are seeking an Asset Change Manager to drive the efficient delivery of Asset Change Requests for the appropriate Tech Centre/ATO holder, ensuring a balance between delivery and governance. The successful candidate will manage asset change requests with compliance to Nuclear Licence Conditions and conventional industry safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tech Centre portfolio of Asset Change to time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Manage planning and coordination of Asset Change Requests within the relevant portfolio.
  • Provide performance data to Tech Centre/ACB accountability boards and management reviews.
  • Participate in Change Boards and promote safety, health, environment, and security standards.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of company processes.


Essential Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in change and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and working in regulated environments.


Desirable:

  • HNC/HND/Degree in business management, project management, construction, manufacturing, environmental, or H&S discipline.
  • Knowledge of Systems Thinking methodology.
  • Experience with safety case changes, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
