Job description

I'm currently recruiting for an opportunity at a well-established bakery based in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone with experience in maintenance engineering, particularly within food production or FMCG environments.

As an Asset Care Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping production lines up to standard during the night shift. You'll be working with a range of specialist equipment including:

  • Rademaker systems
  • Foil Dispensers, Blockers, Crimpers, Ejectors, Tampers
  • Mini Pie Line, Optimum Line, Main Chains, and Flights
  • Pneumatics: Cylinders, Pistons, Air Lines, Connectors
  • Electrical: Cables, Heater Cables

Key tasks include:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (non-technical)
  • Equipment changeovers and line readiness
  • Lubrication and belt inspections
  • Maintaining GMP standards and audit readiness
  • Daily documentation and cleanliness of working area

What You'll Need:
