The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in asset management, leadership skills, and regulatory knowledge. This role includes managing compliance, developing strategies, and ensuring the estate meets all relevant standards. Flexible working arrangements are available, with some service location presence required.

Job Title: Asset and Compliance Manager. Contract: Permanent. Working Hours: 37 hours per week. Salary: £46,142.00 – £49,282.00. Location: Service Headquarters, Kelvedon Park. Closing Date: 12 October 2025.
*We are open to discuss working arrangements including flexibility over hours and location, however the expectation is that, as a hybrid role your work will be balanced between home and Service facilities, and you will be expected to attend the Service premises for at least 3 days of a 5-day working week.
