Job description

Assessor: Health, Social Care and Child Care

An exciting opportunity to join our school, where you will play a key role in the delivery of education. This role can also provide valuable experience if you wish to pursue a career in teaching later.

Salary: Scale 5, Points 25 - 28, £31,001 - £33,385 per annum, pro rata (equivalent to £17,595 - £18,948 per annum).

Hours of work: Band B, 21 - 27 hours a week, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Contract: Part-time, permanent.

About you: Ideally, you should have a Level 3 qualification (NVQ/QCF or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and relevant industrial experience. You will also hold an Assessor Award, a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent), and be IT literate to Level 2.
