Job summary

Posturite Ltd is expanding its DSE Assessor team in the Watford and surrounding areas. You will perform face-to-face or remote DSE assessments, delivering practical ergonomic solutions and concise written reports for clients.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, effective communicators with an interest in ergonomics and wellbeing. A background in sports science is preferred, and you will travel to appointments using your own car (car allowance provided) as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and clear communication style.
• Interest in the human body, ergonomics, or wellbeing.
• Background in sports science, physiology, or similar is preferred.
• Must be comfortable driving to appointments in Watford, London and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals improve workstation setup by completing face to face or remote DSE Assessments.
• Deliver expert recommendations: write clear reports outlining ergonomic products and strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships as primary point of contact.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales teams.
• Support product installations: assist with setting up ergonomic equipment.
• Meet KPIs for assessments, report turnaround times and customer satisfaction.

£28,860.00 plus car allowance

We re growing our DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessor team and looking for someone who wants to help others feel better and work more comfortably.

What you ll do:

• Help individuals improve their workstation setup by completing face to face or remote DSE Assessments, providing practical and effective ergonomic solutions.
• Deliver expert recommendations: Create clear and concise written reports outlining recommended ergonomic products and strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships: Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Identify new business opportunities: Use your keen eye to identify opportunities for Posturite's various divisions and collaborate with our sales teams.
• Support product installations: Assist with setting up and configuring ergonomic equipment, including chairs, desks, and other related products.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs): Consistently achieve agreed-upon goals for assessments, report turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.

You ll thrive if you:

• Are naturally empathetic and a great communicator

• Come from a background in sports science, physiology, or similar (preferred but not essential!)
• Want to be out and about each day, and enjoy driving to appointments in and around the Watford, London and the home counties of England
