Job Title: Assessment Processing Administrator

Salary: £24,900 - £28,650

Location: Coventry - Bourn/Cambridge, UK

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

About The Role

The Assessment Processing Administrator role focuses on carrying out day-to-day processing tasks in line with agreed procedures, monitoring your progress against schedules, and reporting issues when they arise. You'll help review and update process documentation, respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, and support temporary staff during busy periods. Flexibility is key, as you'll also contribute to wider departmental needs as required.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a collaborative and conscientious team player who is also confident working independently. You will enjoy building positive working relationships across Assessment Processing, as well as wider operational and assessment teams. You take pride in producing accurate work, following procedures carefully, and delivering to agreed standards and deadlines.

Whilst each team's activities vary, Administrators in Assessment Processing typically rely on the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and meet scheduled deadlines and KPIs
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
