Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assessor and IQA (Internal Quality Assurer) at Sting Security Services. The Assessor and IQA will be responsible for assessing and ensuring the quality of training and qualifications within the organization. The individual will conduct assessments, monitor and evaluate training programs, support trainers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additional tasks include providing feedback to trainees, maintaining assessment records, and participating in standardization meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in assessment, quality assurance, and compliance
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in training and development
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
