The starting salary for this role is £23,152, with annual pay progression to £25,550. Depending on experience, you may be offered a starting salary above the initial figure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the ROAR Partnership team, which is committed to delivering high-standard outreach support. The successful candidate must be dedicated to working with individuals affected by substance use. The role is based across Rochdale, requiring mobility to work across local hubs and community sites.
You should have a good understanding of issues related to substance use and a genuine passion for the field. Previous experience, either voluntary or paid, is preferable but not essential. Most importantly, you should be flexible, patient, and able to empathize with service users. Good moral values, a non-judgmental attitude, and a sensitive approach to meeting complex needs are vital.
Experience in facilitating group interventions and working with clients individually would be advantageous. Good IT skills and excellent communication skills are required. Previous outreach support experience is preferable.
