Job Opportunity: Transitional Safeguarding Outreach Worker – Manchester (Grade 6)

Manchester Local Care Organisation (MLCO), in partnership with Manchester City Council, is looking for a Transitional Safeguarding Outreach Worker to join their dedicated team.

Full-Time | Temporary/Contract Role
About the Role: As a Transitional Safeguarding Outreach Worker, you’ll play a key role in engaging young people aged 16–25 who are at risk of exploitation, abuse, neglect, or homelessness. You'll carry out assertive outreach, build trusted relationships, and provide tailored support to help them lead safer, more independent lives. This role is all about proactive, person-centred support—working in partnership with professionals and community organisations to create meaningful change.
