We are seeking an ambitious and driven Maintenance Manager to lead our Assembly, Test and Finish maintenance function and play a key role in delivering our Modern Manufacturing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to drive equipment reliability, champion new technologies, and develop a high-performing team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the implementation of world-class maintenance practices, leveraging digital solutions, automation, predictive maintenance, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve asset performance, productivity, and operational excellence. You will work closely with production, engineering, and business leaders to create a safer, smarter, and more efficient operation.
Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute a strategy to drive equipment reliability and asset performance through proactive and predictive maintenance.
Champion the adoption of modern manufacturing technologies, digital maintenance tools, automation, and data-driven decision making.
Identify and implement innovative solutions that improve uptime, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring equipment issues.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation to support business objectives.
Develop talent, build technical capability, and create clear development pathways for team members.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Degree or equivalent experience desired
Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles, methods, and processes; ability to maximize machinery effectiveness through active involvement of all supporting departments.
Level Working Knowledge:
