Assembly Technician - Motorsport

Milton Keynes £15 per hour plus overtime

You'll be assembling high-value products used in industries such as F1 and Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Aviation, and Aerospace. You will have the opportunity to increase your pay through overtime, paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate for hours worked over your contracted weekly hours.

Progression is a key aspect of this role. Whether moving into a team leader position or other roles within the company, there are ample opportunities for promotion, as the company has a strong track record of internal advancement. The current pipeline of work is robust, promising development and progression opportunities.

The company boasts an immaculate, specially equipped workshop located conveniently on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. This role is ideal for a technician or mechanic who is ready to roll up their sleeves and perform to a high standard. If you have hands-on mechanical or electrical skills, thrive in a busy environment, and are eager to learn new skills, we would love to hear from you.

You will be assembling various products primarily for the motorsport/F1 industries, so strong attention to detail and the ability to work from engineering drawings are essential.
