Are you an Assembly Technician from a mechanical background looking to join an exciting company that can offer well rounded and industry specific training to boost your technical assembly skills and offer progression to specialist technician status?

On offer is the chance to join an exciting, fun and stable company established over 30 years ago that supplies gearboxes and motors into multiple industries such as agricultural, quarries and stage entertainment. They are looking for an enthusiastic mechanical assembler to join their close-knit team of 20 employees in the UK.

For this role, you will be focusing on assembling mechanical gearboxes. You will also be tasked with working on the assembly process from start to finish, from choosing components to work with, quality checks and ensuring the goods are exported correctly.

This role would suit a Mechanical Assembly Technician looking for a position that can offer excellent training, progression and stability.

The Role:

• Mechanical Assembly of gearboxes and transmission systems




• Training on Gearboxes and Quality Control




• Progression to technical specialist




• Quality checking final products




• 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-14:00 Friday

The Person:

• Mechanical Assembler or similar




• Ability to interpret engineering drawings




• Commutable to Droitwich
