Job Specific Role Expectations
- Produce (assemble, inspect, pack) product in accordance with SOPs, meeting or exceeding production and quality standards while minimizing scrap to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use various methods to move materials as required, collaborating with material handlers.
- Maintain records related to production, downtime, quality, maintenance, and complete hour-by-hour charts.
- Assemble and pack Mack Volvo products.
- Ensure all quality standards are met by visually inspecting work and using measuring devices.
- Determine daily production needs within the area and schedule product accordingly.
- Meet or exceed production requirements or notify the Team Lead or Manager of deviations from standards.
- Work safely at all times, complying with safety regulations and using protective equipment.
- Keep work area, equipment, and machinery clean and organized.
- Perform necessary computer transactions using various software applications.
- Offer suggestions and assist in implementing improvements for productivity, safety, and work environment.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Team Lead, Manager, or designated person.
- Work effectively as a team member, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate and resolve problems.

Work Environment
- Walking, bending, standing, reaching overhead, and heavy lifting required.
- Ability to stand or walk for 10-12 hours.
