You will be responsible for keeping accurate build records, supporting development and test programmes, and working closely with the Race Team to ensure parts are delivered on time and to specification.

You will also maintain rigs, tooling, and workspaces, support pit equipment maintenance, and contribute to continual improvements in assembly reliability. • Ability to interpret assembly drawings and follow detailed build procedures with high precision.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a scientific mindset in addressing technical challenges.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with a flexible attitude and a team-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in decision-making, a commitment to high performance, and a clear understanding of Health & Safety practices.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying working hours and support race events or related activities when needed.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our campus in Silverstone, with additional travel to other locations as necessary.
